Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you by email if there are any delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (Canada) — 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (Canada) — 2–5 business days
- International Shipping — 10–20 business days depending on destination
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.
International Orders We ship to select international destinations. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@oralune.store. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Oralune is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
